For those who have their Ethereum assets staked on KeyFi app and are experiencing the “Gas Estimation” error in MetaMask, please follow these manual claim instructions.
This procedure also applies to BNB Chain (BscScan). BNB Chain manual unstaking procedures coming soon.
Connect your wallet by clicking Connect to Web3. The button color should go from red to green.
Select the wallet that staked your tokens on KeyFi app.
Step 3: Verify your staked KEYFI balance
Click 3.getBalance.
Enter the KEYFI token address: 0x4CC19356f2D37338b9802aa8E8fc58B0373296E7
Click Query to retrieve the staking balance. Make a mental note of that number.
Step 4: Manually Unstake
Go to Write Contract tab.
Click 10. withdraw section at the bottom of the list.
Enter the KEYFI token address again: 0x4CC19356f2D37338b9802aa8E8fc58B0373296E7
Enter the staking balance from earlier.
Click Write. This will trigger your wallet to sign the transaction. Read what you are signing, adjust the gas if needed, and then sign.
The transaction should complete and the unstaked KEYFI should arrive in your wallet.
